  • A One-Off Deep Clean is designed to tackle built-up issues such as limescale, grease, dust and neglected areas, restoring your home to a clean, manageable baseline.

    Monthly Club is a maintenance-based service for homes that are already at that point. It keeps everything consistently clean, prevents build-up, and includes rotational deep cleaning so jobs don’t pile up again.

    Many clients start with a One-Off Deep Clean before moving onto the Monthly Club.

  • Please send me a text, whatsapp or email. Please make sure you include which service you’re after.

    I will not answer phone calls.

  • One-Off Deep Cleans require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
    Monthly Club bookings require a £25 payment to secure the first slot.

    The remaining balance is due on the day of the clean via bank transfer or cash. Invoices are available upon request.

  • One-Off Deep Cleans take one full day (£350) or two full days (£500), depending on the condition and size of the property. Usually around 6 hours.

    Monthly Club is a full-day clean carried out once per month. Depends on house size and buildup, could be 4 hours could be 6 hours.

    I work on one home per day only, so the clean is never rushed.

  • Yes. All cleans include professional-grade products and equipment, and I bring everything needed with me.

    I do not use bleach and instead use effective, low-odour professional products.

  • No, as long as access has been arranged in advance.
    If I’m unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the agreed time, the clean will be charged in full.

  • For insurance and health reasons, I’m unable to move large or heavy items such as wardrobes or sofas.
    If you’d like those areas cleaned, please move items beforehand.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge
    Within 48 hours: 50% charge
    Within 24 hours: full charge

    Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs.

    If illness occurs (yours or mine), cleans can be rearranged without penalty and deposits remain valid.

  • If there’s an issue, please contact me within 24 hours and I’ll aim to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Refunds are not provided, but I will always seek a fair resolution.

  • I do not undertake cleans involving:

    • Biohazards such as bodily fluids, needles, sewage or mould

    • Hoarding situations

    • Active infestations including fleas, rodents or flies

    If these conditions are discovered on arrival, the clean will not proceed and the full fee will be charged.

  • I may take anonymised before-and-after photos or short clips for marketing purposes.
    No identifying details are shared, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  • Cleaning hours are 9:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
    Messages are answered between 8:00am–6:00pm.
    I do not work weekends.

    I take planned breaks throughout the year, and Monthly Club scheduling is built around this.
